All Sanderé Interiors pieces are carefully packed and shipped from our fulfillment location in North Miami Beach, Florida.
Processing & Preparation:
Because many of our items are handmade, hand-finished, custom-refinished, or made-to-order, preparation time may vary by item. Production, sourcing, finishing, packing, and quality checks may begin immediately after an order is placed.
Domestic Shipping:
We currently offer standard shipping within the United States. Standard shipping may be free for qualifying orders, depending on the shipping rate shown at checkout. Express shipping may be available for an additional fee.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, item size, weight, and packing requirements.
Large or Furniture Items:
Furniture, oversized, or fragile pieces may require additional handling and packing time to ensure safe delivery. Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.
Shipping Address:
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
Delivery Delays:
Once an order has been shipped, carrier delays are outside of our control. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping:
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout when available. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their country.
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.
