Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Due to the handmade, custom-refinished, and hand-finished nature of our pieces, all orders are final sale once placed.

We do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds after an order has been placed. Materials, sourcing, preparation, customization, and hand-finishing may begin immediately after purchase.

All custom, handmade, hand-finished, and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, color preference, styling changes, size misunderstanding, delivery timing preferences, or natural variations in handmade or hand-finished work.

Each piece is finished by hand, so slight variations in finish, color, texture, decorative placement, brush detail, gilding, or overall appearance may occur. These variations are part of the handmade character of the item and are not considered defects.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Each case will be reviewed carefully.

By placing an order with Sanderé Interiors, you acknowledge and agree that your order is final sale and not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.
